STYLISH×SHIZUOKA is a brand founded by several fabrication companies in Shizuoka.
This exhibition is to get focused on the creators. In this exhibition, you can see the unrevealed process of those fabrications as if you were in the place.
The creators would like visitors to be familiar with their works and craftsmanship.
The only thing needed to know products is in the very process of creating from scratch.
This exhibition without a doubt gives that special opportunity to see what is going on in the behind.

<What is “STYLISH×SHIZUOKA”?>
Japan’s history can be said to be created by craftmanships and stories that were orally handed down from generation to generation.
Things changed and the way of handing-down is changing as well.
As the appearance of the internet and social media has been getting more and more influence than ever, the way of telling one’s thoughts and feelings has got diverse.
And the distance between the world and the local can be none.
“STYLISH×SHIZUOKA” is what spread the local Shizuoka over the world, globally by creating their art of Shizuoka craftmanship and holding their own exhibitions all over the world.

素材と技術にこだわりをもつ、静岡県内のものづくり企業によるパッケージブランド、STYLISH×SHIZUOKA。
今回の展示は、「つくりて」にフォーカス。
雑貨、インテリア、ファッション、食品・・・さまざまなジャンルで、素材から完成まで、普段見ることができない「ものづくりの過程」が、まるで自分がその場にいるかのように見ることができます。
素材にこだわりがあるからこそ、その素材を知ってほしい。
技術にこだわりがあるからこそ、その技術を知ってほしい。
完成された商品だけでは伝えきれない、
つくりての繊細なこだわりがめいっぱい込められた展示会です。
さまざまな商品が、みなさんをお待ちしております♪

<素材と技術が生んだ新鋭ブランド『STYLISH×SHIZUOKA』とは？>
古くから物事は、口伝にて培われてきました。くちづたえにて発展してきた日本の歴史。
時代が変わりくちづたえもSNSなど多様性を持つようになりました。
話すことや呟くこと、SNSで語ることやメールなど全てに通づる口伝。
そのドラマを伝えたい。
歴史に残るような熱いおもいとそれぞれの物語に、ヒトのこころがおとづれますように。
