<Introduction To New Vibes Mixed With Traditional And New In Shizuoka>

“Hitoyado-Cho” was a lively post town in “Fu-chu Station”, the biggest of the 55 stations in Tokaido Road. In the past, the town used to have a movie theater and was so spirited with people. And in the present, a fusion of the good old landscape and new high-quality shops/facilities revitalizes the town. “Kinema-Kan” is a complex of living spaces and commercial stores, designed by “Design Office SOZOSYA”, based on Hitoyado-Cho, Shizuoka-city. Above from the third floor are apartments, below from that shops and restaurants and even a theater ( surprisingly! ). SOZOSYA’s “OMACHI PROJECT” which started in 2017, is a series of local revitalization projects for Hitoyado-cho, Shizuoka-city. And Kinema-kan and other three restaurants around the complex were open/moved by the second of these projects. <伝統の町に、新しい魅力的なお店がぞくぞくOPEN!>

東海道五十三次、最大規模の宿駅である府中宿の一部であった、静岡市の人宿町。町名には「人が宿る町」という意味が込められ、宿屋の町から映画館街になり、人の活気にあふれています。 そんな人宿町にかつて位置し、焼失してしまったキネマ館は、新しく生まれ変わりました。古き良き町並みと新しい魅力的な店舗や施設が融合し、伝統の町は新たな活気に包まれています。 キネマ館とは、静岡市の『デザインオフィス創造舎』が手がけた「文化と食」の複合施設です。 2018年9月をもって『OMACHI創造計画 第2弾』の一環として、キネマ館の６店舗が開店と同時に、同館周辺にも3店舗の飲食店が開店/移転しました。 ( OMACHI創造計画/デザインオフィス創造舎については、こちらを参照 ) キネマ館の構成はというと、3F以上は賃貸住宅、1F/2Fには、飲食店、花屋、デザイナー家具ブランドなどの店舗が入居。 さらに、静岡市の劇団である「劇団渡辺」が主催する小劇場「人宿町やどりぎ座」も入居。 新しい飲食店や販売店だけでなく、劇場までも構え、静岡には今までにないタイプの複合施設になりました。 人宿町の昔ながら街並みと、新しい複合施設であるキネマ館が創り出す風景や雰囲気は、多くの人を魅了しています。 『OMACHI創造計画』により、いろんな魅力が詰まった人宿町は、静岡の地元民だけでなく、ぜひ観光客にも来て楽しんでいただきたいスポットです。 ↓OMACHI創造計画 第2弾店舗紹介 ( 店名をクリックするとリンク先へ飛びます ) ↓
