Hamburger Persons’ Appetite Filled At “Tequila’s Diner”

You might find the appearance of “Tequila’s Diner” a little bit European looking. The owner whose English nickname is “Tequila”, decided to open his own restaurant with European looks.
The diner’s core quality is, of course, Hamburgers.
The ingredients of Hamburgers in Tequila’s Diner are ordered; Beef patty, and Bread which is made to be slightly sweet.
And the special-made bread is so popular that there is some request to buy that kind of bread.

Mr. Tequila told us that his recommendations are his handmade, rare, and bacon-egg with cheese hamburger, “Tequila’s Favorite”, and very lean Aussie Beef Steak.

When we interviewed him, we wondered why he decided to close his old restaurant and move in Hitoyado-cho, Shizuoka-city, So we asked him the reason.
“I was thinking of moving from the former place a certain time ago, then SOZOSYA’s CEO, Mr. Yamanashi told me about OMACHI PROJECT. It got me SO SO INTERESTED! I hadn’t been certain where to go but his words and passion for Hitoyado-Cho, made me want to work with him! So…,”, passionately said, Mr. Tequila.
He also told us that he would like to turn Hitoyado-Cho into a totally cool town by serving his hamburgers, and went on to say, “I so want my hamburger diner to be cool in a cool town, C’est la vie, don’t’ya think?”.
Tequila’s Diner is a great place for those who want to have an authentic style American meal!
