<The easiest trail out of the four!>

If you are a new climber, “Yoshida Trail” is highly recommended and the easiest way to the summit of Mt.Fuji. 60% of all climbers to the mountain take the trail. In the 14th century, accommodation facilities for climbers were built. Then the improvement of facilities on the road has been on the process, the trail is crowded with sightseers besides climbers every year. “Yoshida Trail” was registered as one of the assets of World Heritage, “Fujisan, sacred place and source of artistic inspiration” in 2013.

登山未経験者や初心者にオススメ♪吉田口登山道とは？

富士山山頂へ至る登山ルートは全部で４つあります。 中でも富士スバルライン五合目を拠点にした「吉田ルート」は、 初心者の中でも人気のルートとなっています。 富士山頂を目指す登山道の一つ「吉田ルート」は、およそ6割もの登山者に利用されています。 14世紀後半には参詣の道者のための宿坊（しゅくぼう: 参拝者のために作られた）も出来始め、大勢の人々が登るための設備が整うようになりました。 施設の充実に伴い、現在では登山者だけでなく毎年多くの観光客でにぎわう観光スポットにもなっています。 2013年には世界遺産である富士山の資産構成として登録された、 世界文化遺産としていふさわしい「吉田ルート」をご紹介します。   <What To Know About Yoshida Trail?> 1. The number of mountain huts is whopping, 18, the biggest number of all the others on the 3 other trails, which surely makes it the easiest way to the summit. 2. It is highly untiring to climb as the trail is carefully maintained. 3. There is no disturbance in the sunrise direction so that it is likely that you can take a look of the sunrise view from the summit of Mt.mountain. 4. If you are lucky, you can catch a view of a beautiful shade of Mt.Fuji so-called “Kagefuji” on clouds or the ground. 5. At night, you can catch a lingering night view in the direction to Tokyo.

「吉田口ルート」の人気の理由

○山小屋の数が18個ともっとも多く、富士山をはじめて登る人にオススメ。 ○道がしっかりと整備されているため、他の登山道と比べて歩きやす疲れにくい。 ○日の出方向に遮るものが無く、七合目以上のほぼ全域で“ご来光”を正面に仰ぎ見ることができる。 ○運が良ければ夕刻に、富士山の影が雲海や地上に映る“影富士”が見れる可能も♪ ○夜間には、東京〜千葉方向の夜明けまで消えることのない夜景も楽しめる。 <Things To Be Careful About “Yoshida Trail”> 1. As it is the most popular, July and August are the busiest for the mountain, it would be so crowded and loud. 2. It is highly likely to be in traffic around the summit since people are gathering up to see the sunrise. 3. There are fewer mountain huts on the way down back to the foot.

注意点

○人気ため、夏のピーク時期の７月、８月の土日とお盆には大混雑が予想される。 ○ご来光を目指してスタートすると、山頂近くは大渋滞することも。 ○下山ルートにはほとんど山小屋がない。 富士山/Mt.Fuji “Yoshida Trail” would be the busiest of the four especially during Summer season, however, the trail is highly recommended to beginners. If you decided to climb up the mountain for the first time in your life, or just want to enjoy hiking, “Yoshida Trail” can be your best choice for that!
