Rosato is in the center of Mishima City. It boasts views of Shirataki Park, which features beautiful spring water and lava from Mt. Fuji. You can enjoy the combination of Italian country cuisine and wine in relaxing surroundings. The ingredients used at Rosato are carefully selected safe and high-quality local produce, including vegetables from Sugisho Noen farm. Ms. Sasamata diligently makes the dishes from scratch, with the watchful eye of a mother. The restaurant does not have a general wine list. One of its charms is that you can encounter unique wine when you visit. The restaurant holds a cooking class twice a month, and offers a catering service for home parties and corporate training events. The name Rosato contains the meaning of the rose-colored smiling faces of customers.
